Our Story

Hatzerim Tourism is an inspiring tourism initiative, designed for visiting groups and travellers from Israel and abroad. The initiative began in the early 2000s with a few members of the kibbutz in the Negev, and over the years has grown into a successful and active business enterprise.
A uniquely styled Visitors Center serves as the gateway to Hatzerim Tourism. Here, visitors watch a film, hear the story of the kibbutz, the global company Netafim, and Jojoba Israel, and can purchase unique and high-quality products at the Jojoba Hatzerim
Factory Store, as well as souvenirs and artworks created by kibbutz artists. From here, groups set out on various tours tailored to their needs.

The visit to Netafim brings with it Zionism, innovation, and entrepreneurship that reflect today’s Israel. Our participants enjoyed discovering the desert oasis and realizing just how endless innovation can be. The guide who accompanied the group was professional, patient, and above all enthusiastic - and managed to inspire us all.

The visit to Hazerim is always pleasant and engaging for our delegations. The combination of Netafim’s groundbreaking technology with Hazerim’s agriculture and kibbutz culture all presented with warmth and enthusiasm by Lior creates a complete and successful experience for our guests from abroad, who are looking precisely for this unique blend.

The tour was exceptional and very interesting. Personally, I learned a great deal about kibbutzim in general, so even Israelis can come away with plenty of new knowledge from this tour. But what I appreciated most throughout my work with Hazerim Tourism was their attitude toward me and my group. The support was outstanding, and every time an issue came up even the smallest one - they stepped in and helped.

The visit to Hazerim Tourism is a wonderful experience! From the warm welcome led by the one and only Lior and the site’s staff, through the large number of restrooms - all kept impeccably clean - to the spacious, air-conditioned venue with inviting hospitality of cold drinks, cookies, and a coffee station. Lior’s guiding was outstanding, and the dining was high-quality, clean, and satisfying. The entire tourism complex is 100 out of 100. I have never seen such service and commitment at any other site in Israel!! Truly from the heart.
